Ready-to-use solution consisting of 100Eu/ml or Hyaluronidase dissolved into InVitroCare® Sperm Wash Medium and sterile filtered.
Used for the removal of coronal cells adhering to the zona pellucida during ICSI procedures.
Reagents for Assisted Hatching
Acidic Tyrodes Solution
Ready-to-use solution of a pH range of 2.2 - 2.4 Used for local dissolving of the zona pellucida when used with assisted hatching micropipettes.
Mineral Oil from InVitroCare®
Pharmaceutical Grade Mineral Oil
Density: 0.83-0.86 g/ml Viscosity: <30 cP @ 30°C Endotoxin: <0.25 EU/mL
InVitroCare® Mineral Oil is pre-washed, no further preparation is needed. Simply place opened bottle of InVitroCare® Mineral Oil in a 5-6% CO2 incubator for 24 hours prior to use.
