SpermCare™ Gradient System for Sperm Preparation

• Specifically formulated as a ready-to-use gradient system for sperm preparation
• Gradients consist of silane-coated colloidal silica particles suspended in HEPES-buffered HTF
• Contains glucose, as a usable energy substrate to maintain normal cell metabolism and sperm function
• Designed to remove bacteria, epithelial cells, cell debris, immature sperm and luymphocytes, a source of ROS (reactive oxygen species).
• Each batch is aseptically packaged and terminally sterilized.

Sperm Wash Medium

• Contains 0.5% Human Serum Albumin
• Designed for sperm isolation, washing and incubation
• Used for the creation of microdroplets used for procedures such as assisted hatching, ICSI, blastomere biopsy, photograpy, etc.
• Oocytes and sperm maintain viability in this HEPES-buffered formulation, allowing for prolonging the above procedures.
